Trading Terms

All school orders are paid for at the point of order through two methods, online web ordering, or by cash, cheque and card direct from our factory premises.
Returns are accepted within 30 days if garments are new and unused and have all original tags and packaging intact. Faulty returns are accepted for refund or exchange at our factory premises. We only accept size or colour exchanges at our Grange Lane premises. We do not accept exchanges by post.
