Trading Terms

All school orders are paid for at the point of order through various methods, online web ordering, or by cash, cheque and card using an order form directly from your school, or a direct from our factory premises.
We operate an approved collect and deliver service for schools in the Barnsley area. The pick up day for your school will be indicated on your schools product page. All orders collected will be returned, stock availability permitting, on the same corresponding day 1 week later. Please not that there are alterations to this 1 week turnaround at the end of the summer term and at the end of the 1st winter term.
Returns are accepted within 30 days if garments are new and unused and have all original tags and packaging intact. Faulty returns are accepted for refund or exchange at our factory premises. We only accept size or colour exchanges at our Grange Lane premises. We do not accept exchanges by post.
